Net Metering Rate — Three Phase Rate

• Customer Charge:             $67.38 per month
• Demand Charge:               $5.50 per KW for all KW of Demand
• Energy Charge:                 All kWh @ 4.137 cents per kWh
• Generation Credit:             All kWh @ 4.186 cents per kWh generated

The minimum charge for any service month shall be the customer charge.
