Requirements:
- Contact us before purchasing to determine eligibility.
- The new home must have Northwest Energy Efficient Manufactured Home (NEEM) certification of either 1.1 or 2.0.
- The new home must have all-electric heating.
Additional rebates are available for replacing an existing manufactured home with a new one:
- The original home must have been manufactured pre-1976.
- The original home must have had permanently installed electric heat.
- The original home must be decommissioned.
Rebate: $1,200
Please allow 8 to 10 weeks after receipt of all required documentation for rebate checks to be issued and mailed.
