Variable Frequency Drives for Fans in Potato Storage Facilities
United Electric offers rebates for Variable Frequency Drives installed on potato storage shed ventilation systems. Other rebates are available for refrigeration and storage controls as well. United Electric requires that all new VFD installations meet the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) 519 harmonics standard.
