Scholarship Awarded
United Electric has awarded a $500 nontraditional scholarship to Michael “Scout” Tracy. He is attending Prime Line Academy in Heyburn in the fall.
Pay Anytime by Kiosk
United Electric members can now make payments using our 24-hour kiosk. The kiosk is located just inside the front doors of the co-op office foyer.
Dropbox payments are picked up only once a day, just after opening time. Leaving cash in the dropbox is never a good idea. Use a check or money order instead.
The drive-thru window is also always open during office hours. Cash payments should only be made at the front desk, the kiosk, or at the drive-thru window.
Scheduled Payments
Want to set up hassle-free, scheduled payments? You can! With SmartHub, members can choose which day they want their payments to be processed ahead of time and schedule them to be taken out of their bank accounts—without having to log back into SmartHub on the selected day to process the payment.
Remember, scheduling a payment is not a payment arrangement. Members must call the office to make arrangements if the payment is scheduled after the due date. If this is not done, the account is subject to late fees and disconnection.
For additional questions, call the office at (208) 679-2222.
Project Share
As winter approaches, consider donating an extra $1 to Project Share when you pay your electric bills.
Funds collected for this program are forwarded to the Salvation Army in Boise and help families in need of emergency heating assistance.
To participate, just add $1 to your payment amount and check the box at the top of your statement. An easy way to contribute is to ask us to bill your donation as a line item on your statement. This way, you do not have to think about checking the box or adding the dollar, and we save an extra transaction in the office. Call us at (208) 679-2222.
Thank you to all who participate in this program.
