Did You Know?

We now have a kiosk available 24 hours for you to make a payment. The kiosk is located just inside the front doors in the foyer.

Drop box payments are picked up only once a day, just after opening time. Leaving cash in the drop box is never a good idea. Please use a check or money order. The drive-thru window is always open during office hours. Cash payments should only be made at the front desk, the kiosk or the drive-thru window.

Want to Make a Scheduled Payment? Now You Can!

United Electric Cooperative is happy to announce members can schedule payments in advance by using SmartHub. This feature allows members to choose what day they want their payments to be processed and schedule it to be taken out of their bank account without logging into SmartHub on the selected day to process the payment themselves.

However, remember that scheduling a payment is not a payment arrangement. Members must call the office to arrange if the payment is scheduled after the due date. If this is not done, the account is subject to late fees and disconnect.

For additional questions, call the office at (208) 679-2222.

Project Share

As winter approaches, please consider donating an extra $1 to Project Share when you pay your electric bill.

Funds collected for this program are forwarded to the Salvation Army in Boise to help families needing emergency heating assistance.

To participate, just add $1 to your payment amount and check the box at the top of your statement. An easy way to contribute is to ask us to bill your donation as a line item on your statement. Then, you do not have to think about checking the box or adding the dollar, and we are saved an extra transaction in the office. Call the office for assistance.

Thank you to all who participate in this wonderful program.

LED Security Lights

LED security lights are available at United Electric. These lights— available in 40- and 70-watt—are more energy efficient and come with a 10-year warranty. Call the office for pricing.

LED security lights are also offered under two-year contracts for eligible members. Members pay a monthly rental fee: $5 for a 40-watt light and $7 for a 70-watt light. To inquire about eligibility and instillation cost, call the office.

Office Closure

United Electric Co-op is closed September 5 for Labor Day.
