A wealth of information is available on the United Electric website. You can sign up for a SmartHub account and check on your account information, monitor your energy use or pay your bill.

Payment Options

United Electric makes it easy to pay your bills with several different, convenient options to choose from.
Members can pay in the office, at our kiosk located in the foyer, at the drive-thru window, online, using the automated phone payment system, at the drop box, with monthly bank draft or with the prepay program.

Prepay Program

The prepay program is a great option for members who struggle with a monthly bill or are interested in keeping better track of their energy use.

With prepay, there is no monthly bill. Members simply need to maintain a credit account balance. This allows for more flexibility and is convenient when money is tight and electric bills are higher. Members are able to watch their balance decrease as electricity is used, which allows you to see how much electricity is used day-to-day.

LED Security Lights

LED security lights are available at United Electric. These lights are more energy efficient and come with a 10-year warranty. LED security lights are available in 40 or 70 watts. For pricing, call the office at (208) 679-2222.

LED security lights are also offered under contract for eligible members. Contracts for security lights are for 2 years. Members pay a monthly rental fee: $7 per month for a 40 watt and $9 per month for a 70-watt bulb. To learn about eligibility and cost of installation, call the office at (208) 679-2222.
