Did You Know?
We now have a kiosk available 24 hours for you to make a payment. The kiosk is just inside the front doors in the foyer of our office. Drop box payments are picked up once a day, just after opening time. Do not leave cash in the drop box. Please use a check or money order. The drive-thru window is also open during office hours. Cash payments can only be made at the front desk, the kiosk, or the drive-thru window.
Want to Make a Scheduled Payment?
Now You Can! Members are now able to schedule payments in advance through SmartHub. This feature allows members to choose what day they want their payments to be processed ahead of time and schedule them to be taken out of their bank accounts without having to log back into SmartHub on the selected day to process the payments. Just remember: Scheduling a payment is not a payment arrangement. Members must call the office to make an arrangement if the payment is scheduled after the due date. If this is not done, the account is subject to late fees and disconnection. For additional questions, call the office at (208) 679-2222.
Project Share
As winter approaches, consider donating an extra dollar to Project Share when you pay your electric bill.
Funds collected for this program are forwarded to the Salvation Army in Boise and help families in need of emergency heating assistance.
To participate, just add $1 to your payment amount and check the box at the top of your statement. An easy way to contribute is to ask UEC to bill your donation as a line item on your statement. This way, you do not have to think about checking the box or adding the dollar, and we save an extra transaction in the office. Call us at (208) 679-2222. We thank everyone who participates in this program.
